Mobile Application
Last Updated: May 2026
TEAO Canada ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TEAO Canada mobile application (the "Service"). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure, transparent user experience.
Privacy-First Design: Any personal features, logs, schedules, or task data you create inside the TEAO Canada mobile application are stored strictly locally on your own mobile device. We do not host remote databases for this personal content, and we cannot access it.
Please note that while your active user content stays on your device, this app utilizes select third-party industry tools to serve contextual advertisements and analyze aggregate performance metrics to support our services.
To help us support, maintain, and continuously improve our Service, we integrate specialized third-party developer software development kits (SDKs) provided by Google LLC. These tools automatically compile specific technical metadata from your device when the app is running:
For comprehensive details on how Google processes, secures, and handles this infrastructure data, please consult the official policy webpage at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You reserve full rights to restrict or opt out of personalized digital advertising tracking arrays across your device systems at any given time via your system-level preferences:
Android Devices: Navigate through Settings > Privacy > Ads and engage the options to "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Reset advertising ID."
iOS Devices: Access Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to globally monitor and adjust tracking configurations for local apps.
The Service provides an option to join our corporate newsletter. The mobile app itself does not record, process, or transmit your contact credentials for this feature.
When launching the subscription portal, the app securely directs you to our official external web servers. Any information you subsequently input during subscription registration (specifically your first name, last name, and active email address) is managed strictly in accordance with our web-based data protocols and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
We manage organizational information systems in compliance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and respective regional/provincial privacy laws across Canada. Because your personal content files never leave your hardware, your individual records remain secure under your direct custody.
Our services are not structured to attract or systematically gather information from users under the age of 13. Since local core data remains entirely bound to your device environment, no identifiers or user metrics belonging to minors are intentionally routed to our infrastructure.
We may update our Privacy Policy structural disclosures periodically to match changing technical architectures or legal requirements. Updates will be broadcast directly on this page alongside a modified "Last Updated" revision timestamp located at the header of this statement.
If you have specific questions, operational concerns, or policy inquiries regarding this document or our development practices, please route your correspondence directly to our privacy point of contact:
If you would like to request that your data be deleted from TEAO Canada (App), please email us at nicole@teaocanada.com.
